Returns & Exchanges

At Bratteli Family Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
